Ciska Vogelzang - Trustee

Ciska keenly advocates the value of art and culture in the Tauranga and Western Bay communities, believing they are vital to making our city and region a great and vibrant place to live.  

Ciska is a director of Avisa Services Limited, has a Masters in Organisational Psychology and provides executive, career and outplacement coaching plus workshop facilitation services both in the region and nationally. She has also worked extensively in the social sector, providing organisational advice for not-for-profits.   

Originally from the Netherlands, Ciska moved to New Zealand with her Kiwi partner 30 years ago and has made Tauranga her home since 2000 where they have raised two children. 

Ciska is also a trustee of Font Tauranga Public Art Trust, the ex-chair of the Incubator Creative Hub and has chaired our own Friends of the Gallery Committee in the past.
