• 1.1 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please call us directly. You will find our contact details on this website and on the packing slip delivered with your purchase
• 1.2 Please choose carefully as we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase or would like to cancel your Order. A refund is at our discretion and is likely to incur a booking fee of 10% of the original purchase price. This booking fee covers the transaction charge we incur for accepting your credit card transaction, our time in processing the order and in refunding.
• 1.3 If the Goods you have received are damaged, faulty or defective in anyway, notification must be made within 5 working days and this will be dealt with in accordance with clause 5.
• 1.4 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non returnable items are gift cards, magazines, exhibition catalogues, artworks/prints and editions.
• 1.5 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunatley sale items cannot be refunded.
• 1.6 The buyer will incur all shipping costs for the specific refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Events / Learning & Engagement

• 2.1 Tauranga Art Gallery will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket/booking if the event/class is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the seller (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event). You must apply in writing for a refund within a resonable time. Tauranga Art Gallery does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.
• 2.2 If an event/class is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller, to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. To the fullest extent permitted by law neither Tauranga Art Gallery nor the Seller will be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
