50th Wildlife Photographer of the Year 

 

 

Stunning images will be unveiled as the 50th Wildlife Photographer of the Year arrives at Tauranga Art Gallery in March, 2015.

The world-renowned exhibition, on loan from the Natural History Museum in London, features 100 awe-inspiring images, from fascinating animal behaviour to breath-taking wild landscapes.

 

 

 

Launching in 1965 and attracting 361 entries, today the competition receives almost 42,000 entries from 96 countries highlighting its enduring appeal.

In 2015 100 award-winning images will embark on an international tour that allows them to be seen by millions of people across six continents.

Tauranga Art Gallery is the exhibition's only New Zealand venue.
