Because the fabulous Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition can still be seen at the Tauranga Art Gallery until June 7, we have invited well-known photographer Murry Cave to talk about his work at the Gallery on Tuesday, April 28.
Murry Cave is a accomplished nature photographer and holds a Fellowship from the Nature Photography Society of New Zealand. He has a particular interest in documenting the behavior, ecology and habitats of New Zealand’s wildlife as well as in Asia.
Murry is currently working on a project documenting the primates of Asia and has recently completed an in-depth study into the life cycle of New Zealand White Heron or Kotuku. Murry is a member of the Photographic Society of New Zealand, and a member of the PSNZ Council since 2010, and is currently the President of the Society.
Bookings (and door sales if available) at $10 per person - refreshments provided - at the Gallery or on 578-7933.
Paying when you book secures your spot.
